How to Keep Your Flowers Fresh..!!!???

Flowers can give a certain psychological effect and create flamboyant atmosphere. For example, a wedding party can not be separated from the flowers. When we put it in home or office desk, the presence of flowers can be refreshment after the fatigue of the day in front of the computer. Of course, all these effects can occur if the flowers always fresh. Here are some ways to keep flowers always fresh:

1. Fill flower vase with water. Remember to always check amount of water in order to do not less. Fill the vase with water until full. For rose, you can be able to use lukewarm water.

2. If you use an oasis flower vase, make sure oasis guard always wet with water pouring.

3. cut the leaves in contact with water; because if it is left, the leaves will decay easily and will cause the bacteria. The result is a fading flower

4. Do not put your bouquet in a place exposed to direct sunlight or place that produces hot and dry, such as electronic goods. This can make flowers wilt and dry. Put the flowers in a cool place.

5. Do not put the flowers near to the fruit ripe. This is because the fruit ripe release ethylene gas and that will accelerate the growth of the flower.

6. Do not holds footstalk too often, especially squeeze or injure the stem by use the blunt scissors to cut the flower stalk. This can destroy the water absorb network so the water is obstructed. This can also create an interest "stress" so the flowers will fast fading.

7. Fresh flowers are also not treated as, but also started since the beginning of the purchase. You must remember the flowers should not be too long not given water. When we bought the flowers and if it need spend enough time on long trips, wrap base of the stem with a wet paper or wet foam.

Ceramic Floor Installation

In ceramic installation we usually used mortar (cement + sand) as the adhesive, but adults over the development of technology in construction, innovation found instant mortar as adhesive ceramic, so mortar (cement + sand) is not already effective to be used again. In application, both mortar (cement + sand) and instant mortar must follow the correct working methods so that you can glue tiles on the floor with strong and have good quality of work. The following is working methods and tools required for floor tiles installation.

Tools: Thread, nails, hammers, rubber hammers, & level.

Methods of Work:

(1) floor tiles that will be installed, must be cleaned first and then screed for make the flat surface. Thick of screed suggested is +20 mm, with fixed attention to the slope specified.

(2) If the base floor that will be installed ceramic is made of concrete, make sure that age concrete has reached at least 4 weeks, with the curing time is sufficient, so that the hydration process of concrete running well. This is to keep moisture the concrete surface that does not occur in the dry mortar.

(3) Before done the ceramics installation, clean the surface of screed first from the dust, dirt and oil, as this can reduce the mortar sticking power.

(4) Place the thread to the appropriate channels, with the line has been set previously, and nut by considering the layout of the room that is in accordance with the plan. Yarn is a tool and reference for floor level in order to make it easier to install tiles.

(5) Prepare the mortar, the mixture composition should be in accordance with the provisions of the product being used (if using instant mortar product). However, if you stir the sand, cement, composition of the mixture used for the installation of ceramic that is 1:3 (1 cement: 3 sand) for the wet area and 1:5 (1 cement: 5 sand) for the dry area. In mortar mixing is recommended for using a mortar mixer in order to stir homogeneous.

(6) Soak ceramics shortly before it. The aim is for the ceramic does not absorb water from the cement mortar and to remove dirt & dusts from tiles, so that bind power between ceramic and mortar becomes less. This can easily cause the ceramic will detach in next time. However, if the mortar used is a product of PM, ceramics does not be able soaked first.

(7) Lay the mortar each 1 m2 (with a serrated roskam if using instant mortar), to ensure the mortar does not dry quickly before ceramics placed. Thickness of mortar is recommended using 3-mm if using mortar instant. For large ceramic or marble, spread the tile adhesive (mortar) on the back of ceramic also before it.

(8) Place the ceramic at the mortar still wet with prefer to the thread that has been installed before as the reference of neatness and floor level as planned. Then hits ceramics using rubber hammer slowly and make sure the cavity full filled with ceramic mortar. Use the level to check out the flatness of installation.

(9) Place the second ceramic and so by giving the distance as nut ceramics. Distance standard is recommended in the range of 3 until 5 mm. To easier in installation, use nail no. 5 pairs on each side ceramics, as the nut.

(10) Clean the cleft of nut and the surface of ceramics from the excess mortar before work continued.

(11) Put floor dilatation each 5m2 and on each floor dismissal. Dilatation width is ideally between 6 until 10mm.

(12) After the ceramic installation has finished please application the cover nut ceramic mortar to fill the midst between the tiles. Nut filling can be done at least 24 hours after the tiles installation. (After the floor mortar harden).

(13) Close the dilatation slit by using Silicone sealant.

(14) Do not tread ceramics at least within 24 hours of installation time, because the ties of mortar have not been perfect (mortar has not been set), so that level can be changed if the ceramic treaded.

Basically, the ceramic floor and wall installation is not much different; only in the ceramic floor the concrete must be screed first in order to be flat, while on the ceramic wall installation, the wall must be plastered first. Age plaster is recommended that 7 days before the ceramic wall is installed.

5 DON'TS when you are sleeping...!!!

This is from my neighbor milis... :)

1 - DON'T SLEEP WITH WATCH Watches can emit a certain level of radioactivity. Though small, but if you wear your watch to bed for a long time, it might have adverse effects on your health.

2 - DON'T SLEEP WITH BRA Scientists in America have discovered those that wear bras for more than 12 hours have a higher risk of getting breast cancer. So go to bed without it.

3 - DON'T SLEEP WITH PHONE Putting the phone beside your bed or anywhere near you is not encouraged. Though some of us will use phones as alarm clocks, but please put the phone as far as possible. Scientists have proved that electrical items including mobile phone and television sets emit magnetic waves when used. These waves can cause disruptions to our nervous system. Therefore if you need to put your mo! bile phone near you, switch it off first.

4 - DON'T SLEEP WITH MAKE UP People who sleep with make up might have skin problems in the long run. Sleeping with make up will cause the skin to have difficulty in breathing and problem in perspiring. You will also need a much longer time to go into deep sleep. Lastly......

5 - DON'T SLEEP WITH OTHERS' WIFE / HUSBAND You may never wake up again. : )
